BEST team,most caring doctors in a dentist/ Orthodontist I have ever been to. They even have a game area. They have pads for older kids . They gave my daughter abilities to eat. She was struggling severely and now she is on her way to an amazing healthy smile. I cant rave enough about the kindness of staff. My daughter truely loves them and she isn't always comfortable away from me. She especially loves the cute blonde with braces, she picks at her. She loves the red head that makes sure we know when to come back. She especially loves this place. Everyone in it and it was so well thought out They even have a slush and coffee machines for after. We love East Tennessee Orthodontic's 😍

HIGHLY RECOMMEND - Dr. Locascio is a true master of his craft! He has done a few implants and crowns for us and takes his time with amazing attention to detail. My whole family goes to him

On my first phone call on Tuesday, September 2, 2024, I received a schedule for the examination for Thursday, September 4, 2024.....In January of this year, during my parents' visit to Bosnia, during a meal, my front tooth broke, on which an implant with a fixed crown was soon placed. The temporary crown came off September 1.2024 and I was recommended to call this dentist's office. An x-ray was done and it was determined that everything is fine with the implant and the bones. This office did not have the appropriate tools. I contacted the clinic in Bosnia on September 3, 2024, which placed the implant and asked to send me a tool for tightening the temporary crown. I received from Bosnia on Monday 9/9/2024 the key for tightening my implant crown. I called this dental practice and informed that I received the key for tightening. They told me that they would call me and give me a schedule for visit. No one called me that day, so I decided to call the next day to see why no one called me. Again they said they would call me, which they did later that day. Now that I have the tool with me, obviously no one is caring so I got a schedule for September 24, 2024. To Dr Matthew Bobbera and his staff, You guys are the best! I am one happy person, you gave me my smile back. You stepped in and corrected the situation another dental group caused, leaving me totally without a smile. Now I am not ashamed any longer to go out in public. Thank you for all you have done. Dr Locascio just put my temporaries On for the final leg to a full dental restoration. A total of 15 implants. He has worked with me for over 5 years now. Dr Locascio is a very personable, caring person and physician. His work as a prosthodontist is nothing short of artistic. I Can't say enough to describe my satisfaction with his care. The staff is the best. These folks have been a blessing.

I got my dad an appointment with Dr. Bobbera. My dad had special dental issues and had neglected his dental care for several years. Also, he was 90. Dr Bobbera was so understanding and caring the entire time he worked with my dad. I highly recommend ETP for any specialty dentristry you or your family might need.
